Fascinated by philanthropy and its potential to contribute to collective progress, Rose is committed to operational excellence to transform potential into action. Rose lives with the belief of “give more than you take” and is honored to be able to practice that through her work.

“I’m inspired by the work of Skyline’s grantees, and I love being able to help support and promote their work. As the foundation grows, I am most excited about scaling our work and building operational success,” says Rose. As Grants Manager, she ensures seamless processing, organization, and communications throughout the grant lifecycle. In addition, she helps manage foundation operations, data analytics, yearly planning, and special projects.

Rose holds a Master of International Action and Social Inclusion from Universidad de Carlos III de Madrid and a Bachelor of Spanish Language and Culture from San Diego State University. Previously to her role at Skyline, she worked at Founders Pledge, a philanthropic start-up, where she oversaw regional operations and supported fundraising. Rose also worked at the United Nations, a global law firm, and in Spain’s public schools.

Away from her desk, Rose loves swimming, photography, and continuous learning. She is a Bay Area local and currently lives in San Francisco.
