Education, hard work, and respect define Prizma’s commitment to her work. Whether it’s supporting students or managing the Skyline office, she helps those around her strive for excellence. Prizma honors her father who raised her as a first-generation single dad and overcame so much to give her a better life.

“It takes a village to create lasting change – I’m proud to be a small part of the bigger picture here at Skyline,” says Prizma. As Executive Assistant and Officer Manager, she supports a range of administrative needs, in addition to cultivating a warm and relational work environment with fun team outings and an inviting office. Prizma is particularly moved by the organizations in Skyline’s portfolio that go above and beyond for students and youth.

For five years prior to Skyline, Prizma served as the Operations Manager for a charter school, where she enjoyed working with both students and teachers. Prizma brings a diverse range of work experience that includes working at nonprofits that better their communities, as well as obtaining her phlebotomy license in California.

Born in Watsonville, Prizma lives in San Jose where she enjoys exploring coffee shops and restaurants, and finding new ways to decorate her apartment. Prizma is excited about podcasting and hopes to one day start her own.
